Recruitment

The recruitment process initiates with demand for new personnel of our departments. Upon approval of top-management, the most sufficient and suitable personnel candidates shall be selected for the defined position, among all applicants. The accepted personnel should complete all necessary documents in order to be registered to Social Security System.

Training

Investing remarkable amounts on personnel training and education is a tradition for our company. Since we are aware that investment on training would cause higher return rate, we provide trainings in a planned manner. All trainings would be subject to measurement and assessment. Such assessments shall play a significant role for career plans.
